Refund policy

  • A refund/return authorization must be obtained before goods may be refunded/returned. A Restocking charge at 25% of the total return will apply on all goods returned. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.
  • It is the Customer's responsibility to do a thorough check and count of the items purchased and match to the invoice/packing slip before leaving the YYC Electric Wholesale premises. We are not responsible for any discrepancy or damage after the Customer leaves the premises with the goods. 
  • The Customer shall pay all invoices within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Accounts not paid within such terms shall be deemed to be overdue and the Customer agrees to pay the interest of 24% per annum on the amount of any overdue balance from the date such balance(s) becomes overdue.
  • Any payment made by the Customer in respect to a credit transaction shall be applied first to pay the accumulated finance charges and thereafter to reduce the principal amount of the outstanding debt.
  • Title to all goods sold by YYC Electric shall remain the property of YYC Electric until such goods have been fully paid.
  • The Customer hereby agrees to pay all costs of collection and/or legal fees incurred by YYC Electric Wholesale in connection with the collection or recovery of any amount owned by the Customer to YYC Electric.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days;
  • The Goods are in the original packaging accompanied with the original receipt.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address: YYC Electric Wholesale Ltd., Unit 152, 11125 38 Street NE, Calgary, Alberta, Canada T3N1P3.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
